staff friendly. only thing is now they charge 16 dollars a night to park your car there. as of Jan 1st 2023. plus 50 dollars added on to your nightly stay for incidentals they say. which they say will be refunded on my credit card if room ok. so I will have to keep looking at my credit card to make sure I get refunded 100 dollars as I stayed two nights. so booking.com should let customers know this

Very clean kitchen area is well equiped. Beds are comfortable and it is really clean.

The customer service was outstanding. As a board member of the Alameda Chamber, I was impressed. I needed a night away from home and work, and it was great.

The location is secluded. The staff is very accommodating. You could do a long term stay here and be pretty comfortable for an affordable price.
